SHOW HOURS
VIP HOUR: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM – both days
VIP badge holders get exclusive early access to the Expo before the doors open to general attendees. VIP access is limited to guests with a valid VIP badge.
GENERAL SHOW HOURS: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM – both days
The Expo is open to all registered attendees from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM on both show days.

FIND THE EXPO
LOOKING FOR THE ART DECO BALLROOM?
The Expo is located in the Art Deco Ballroom at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
Important: The Art Deco Ballroom is located on the opposite side of the Convention Center from the main entrance.
ENTER ON THE WASHINGTON & 18TH STREET SIDE – East side access near Washington Avenue (2000 Washington Ave) helps provide closer proximity to the Art Deco Ballroom
Look for Miami Beach Food & Beverage Expo signage and Expo staff who will help direct you to registration and the Art Deco Ballroom.
The Art Deco Ballroom is located on the Convention Center’s southeast corner.
Pro tip: Make sure to enter the convention center from 18th and Washington and NOT from the main entrance.
TICKET POLICY
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be refunded due to a change in plans or inability to attend.

There are no printed badges available onsite.
Before you arrive:
- Open your Expo registration email.
2. Save your digital badge to your phone or keep the email easily accessible.
3. Have your badge ready when you arrive.
4. Present your digital badge to Expo staff for entry.
We recommend saving your badge before arriving so you’re ready to go when you reach registration.
